◎ Structure Introduction

This electric furnace is a vertical structure with a double-layer water-cooled furnace shell. The inner layer of stainless steel is strictly polished, and the outer layer of carbon steel is treated with rust prevention. There are observation windows and baffles on the furnace cover, and the furnace cover can be opened manually. The furnace body is equipped with observation windows, automatic entry and exit thermocouples, over temperature protection thermocouples, and infrared thermometers. The furnace side is equipped with water-cooled electrodes, and the heating element is made of high-quality graphite. The insulation layer is a composite structure of carbon felt and graphite.
The vacuum system adopts oil diffusion pumps and mechanical pumps. The mechanical pump is equipped with solenoid valves, and the high and low vacuum valves are pneumatic baffle valves. They are matched with digital composite vacuum gauges and PLC to achieve automatic switching between high and low vacuum.
The main circuit of the electronic control system is low voltage and high current input, and the control cabinet is made according to Siemens standards. The imported digital display program controller completes the automatic control of the heating/cooling process. The control cabinet panel is equipped with a graphical simulation screen, which is user-friendly and easy to operate. The control circuit has sound and light alarms and automatic protection functions for water cut-off, overheating, overcurrent, etc
