The spindle adopts precision spindle units produced by professional manufacturers, and the spindle bearings are all high-precision angular contact thrust ball bearings from world-renowned brands, ensuring that the spindle has extremely high precision and rigidity. The spindle and motor pulley have undergone dynamic balance testing to ensure spindle accuracy and lifespan. The front end cover of the spindle adopts an air curtain protection function to prevent the invasion of air, dust, and chip fluid. And the spindle has a blowing function. Before each tool change, compressed air is blown through the middle of the spindle to clean the taper hole and tool holder inside the spindle, remove any residue on the taper hole and tool holder, thereby improving the bond between the spindle and the tool, and further ensuring the high rigidity of the bond between the spindle and the tool.

The feed component of the machine tool adopts imported high-precision ball screws, and both ends of the support bearings are made of imported screw special bearings, and the ball screws are pre stretched; The screw motor connection adopts a gapless elastic coupling, which ensures seamless transmission, small moment of inertia, and high transmission stiffness.
