2、 Working principle
DZC motor vibrationVertical hoistThe working principle of the lifting tower is to use the unbalanced inertia force of two vibration motors to combine the vertical vibration force and the vertical axis vibration torque. These two forces cause the lifting tower to vibrate in a straight line along the vertical direction and twist around the vertical axis. Its synthetic motion trajectory is approximately a straight line at a certain angle to the bottom of the conveyor trough. Under certain conditions, the material is thrown up and down along an inclined upward direction in the conveyor trough, and undergoes reciprocating motion to complete the lifting of the material.
3. Installation
1. Both DZC and DZCP vertical elevators should be built on a fixed foundation.
2. A suspension device with sufficient strength should be installed at the upper part of the vertical hoist to prevent tipping, and the suspension device should not be subjected to force during normal operation and when stopped.
3. Except for the base, there should be no rigid contact between any part of the upper part of the vertical hoist and the outside world, and there should be a gap of ≥ 50mm. If connection is required, flexible connection can be used.
4、 Use, maintenance, and upkeep
1. Before use, ensure that the bolts in each part have sufficient tightening force.
2. For equipment that is not used for a long time, the insulation of the motor should be ensured to be good.
3. Ensure that the non parallelism of the conveyor tower axis is ≤ 1mm/m throughout the entire length of the conveyor tower
4. In general, if the material cannot be conveyed normally, it is only necessary to change the direction of operation of one of the motors. If there is any doubt, confirm whether its rotation direction is correct. The correct placement direction is to look down along the axis of each motor, and the rotation direction is the same. The turning direction of the test motor shall not exceed 2 seconds.
5. During initial operation, the anchor bolts of the exciter should be checked and tightened every 4 hours, and this task should be repeated 2-3 times.
6. It is strictly prohibited to operate a single motor, and it is strictly prohibited to control two motors separately with two switches. If the frequency modulation power supply is used, the motor should first reach a fixed speed, and then gradually slow down. It is not allowed to start directly at low speed or gradually increase to the required speed.
7. During use, the adjustment of vibration force requires each exciter to have an eccentric block at each end, which is fixed to the shaft. If it is necessary to adjust the excitation force, it is necessary to increase or decrease counterweights of the same size and mass. After adjustment, the locking bolt should be tightened (note: the counterweight is included with the factory).
8. The exciter should work for a total of 300 hours and be lubricated with No.2 composite lithium based grease. After working for 1500 hours, it should be cleaned and maintained. After working for 7000 hours, the bearings should be replaced.
