Working principle

ZGH type consists of bottom feeding blade slurry and high-speed crushing blade slurry. The feeding blade slurry continuously feeds the bottom material upwards along the cylinder wall. The high-speed crushing blade slurry thoroughly crushes the material sent by the blade slurry, causing the material to circulate and form a vortex shape, achieving the goal of mixing the material evenly in a short period of time.
Structural characteristics
Its main features include the following:
1. Due to the centrifugal force, the ZGH type bottom feeding blade slurry continuously feeds the bottom material upwards along the cylinder wall, while the upper material falls downwards from the center, causing the material to circulate and form a vortex.
2. The high-speed crushing blade slurry thoroughly crushes the block shaped materials sent by the feeding blade slurry.
3. Due to the high-speed rotation of the two types of blade pulp mentioned above, it is possible to achieve uniform mixing of materials in a relatively short period of time. The mixing speed and uniform speed cannot be achieved by various domestic mixers. The mixed material has no particles in the middle and the uniform mixing speed reaches 100%;
4. Open the discharge valve, the discharge speed is fast, and the equipment is easy to clean
5. The material contact points of the mixer are made of stainless steel, which will not cause material volatilization, deterioration, or loss during the mixing process.
