Vertical centrifugal screen slurry separator

Kaifeng Sida vertical centrifugal sieve pulp and slag separator adopts a vertical conical sieve basket structure. The sieve basket rotates around the vertical axis. The slurry enters the bottom of the conical sieve basket through the core pipe of the feed inlet. Under the centrifugal force, the slurry with water as the medium rotates along the circumference of the sieve basket wall. The potato residue moves from the small end of the sieve basket to the large end. During the movement, the lotion flies out of the sieve basket under the centrifugal force and falls into the sump. It enters the next process from the discharge pipe. The potato residue is blocked by the sieve mesh, and continues to move up to the edge of the large end of the sieve mesh. It flies out along the tangent direction and falls into the sump. The annular channel between the outer casing is unloaded from the bottom, thus completing the continuous feeding, separation, and discharge work.
