Overview

VercellTM Cardiomyocytes human derived cardiomyocytes are high-purity cardiomyocytes products differentiated from human induced pluripotent stem cells. This product is produced using the efficient myocardial differentiation and purification method of Beijing Vercelldo Cell Technology Co., Ltd.

Product Details

VercellTM Cardiomyocytes express conventional cardiac specific genes, such as various contractile proteins (troponin, myosin) and ion channels. VercellTM - Cardiomyocytes possess classic electrophysiological activity of cardiomyocytes, capable of responding to electrical, biochemical, and mechanical stimuli in a routine manner. They are widely used in drug discovery, toxicology testing, disease modeling, basic research on cardiac development and function, and other physiological studies.

Main uses of the product:

1. Cardiac toxicity testing:Provide good experimental materials for safety evaluation agencies or CRO companies.

2. Drug screening:Assist pharmaceutical companies with cardiovascular drug pipelines in establishing a myocardial cell drug screening platform

3. Disease model: Constructing an in vitro heart disease model using cardiomyocytes differentiated from human induced pluripotent stem cells containing mutations in heart disease related genes

4. Materials for constructing cardiac organoids

Product Features

1. More than 95% of myocardial cells express troponin T2 (TNNT2), and troponin T2 assembles into regular sarcomeres within the cells

2. Beating vigorously and regularly at a frequency of 40-90 beats per minute

3. The duration of action potential in myocardial cells is greater than 200ms, which is consistent with the characteristics of normal myocardial cells

4. Unable to proliferate and expand, it is a suitable in vitro myocardial cell model for the human body

5. No bacterial, fungal or mycoplasma contamination
