Overview

The principle of the technical parameters of the variable frequency series resonance withstand voltage test device is to use an excitation transformer to excite the series resonance circuit. 1. The variable frequency power supply has two modes: automatic frequency regulation/automatic voltage regulation, and manual frequency regulation/manual adjustment, and can be switched freely;

2. Equipped with a large screen LCD Chinese display, displaying output voltage (effective value), output current (effective value), output frequency, excitation power, excitation current, pressurization time, and various related information;

Voltage, current, and time are pre-set and automatically timed. Once the preset time is up, the voltage will automatically decrease.

3. Capable of self diagnosis of system faults;

4. Equipped with various data printing functions. It can print relevant data such as test voltage, test time, test current (high voltage current), test frequency, excitation current, and capacitance of the test sample.

5. Protection functions and measures

1) Overvoltage protection: pre-set protection value, high voltage side sampling, quickly cut off output within 1 microsecond;

2) Flashover protection: When a flashover occurs during the test and the resonant circuit loses resonance, the power supply immediately stops outputting, and the screen prompts the message 'Flashover protection action';

3) Power failure protection: In the event of a sudden power outage during the test, the protective device will operate reliably and all units will remain intact;

4) Overcurrent and overheat protection: Overcurrent and overheat protection are dual. On the one hand, the IPM module itself has overcurrent and overheat protection functions, and on the other hand, Hall elements are used to sample the DC and provide hardware protection based on the capacity time curve. The protection action time is 1 microsecond;

5) Zero value operation protection: The system and variable frequency power supply have zero start and zero exit. If they are not closed from zero, the variable frequency power supply will not start.
