The vortex air pump generally has the following characteristics: *. Instructions for Use:
1. The high-pressure fan should be placed in a relatively stable place, and the surrounding environment should be clean, dry, and well ventilated.
2. The rotation direction of the high-pressure fan impeller must be in the direction indicated by the arrow on the fan casing.
3. When the high-pressure vortex fan is working, the working pressure should not exceed 8kPa to avoid excessive heat generated by the fan and damage to the air pump caused by motor overcurrent.
4. Except for the two bearings of the motor rotor, there is no direct contact friction in other parts of the high-pressure fan. The installation method of bearings for this fan is mainly divided into two categories. *The bearing at the end of the class air pump is installed in the pump body between the motor base and the impeller, and this type of air pump does not need to be lubricated normally. The bearings on the second type of air pump end are installed in the middle of the pump cover, and the bearings on this type of air pump end should be regularly lubricated with grease (7018 high-speed grease). Once a month, for air pumps that work continuously in three shifts, the refueling frequency should be increased. The maintenance and upkeep of the bearings on the motor and fan end of this type of air pump shall be in accordance with the * type of air pump.
5. The filter screens and silencing devices at both ends of the high-pressure air pump should be cleaned in a timely manner according to the situation to avoid blockage and affect use.
6. The external connection of the inlet and outlet of the high-pressure air pump must be made using flexible hoses (such as rubber hoses, plastic spring hoses).
7. Replacement of bearings for high-pressure fans: The replacement of bearings must be carried out by personnel familiar with repair work. First loosen the screws on the pump cover, and then disassemble the parts one by one according to the order shown in the diagram. The disassembled parts should be cleaned, and then assembled in reverse order. When disassembling, do not forcefully pry the impeller, use a roller to remove it, and do not miss the adjusting gasket to avoid affecting the clearance that has been adjusted before leaving the factory.
8. The high-pressure vortex air pump strictly prohibits solids, liquids, and corrosive gases from entering the pump body.
When installing and using, be sure to pay attention to the following issues:
Carefully read the fan user manual and product samples, familiarize and understand the specifications, form, impeller rotation direction, and airflow inlet and outlet direction of the fan; Recheck if all components of the fan are intact, otherwise they should be repaired before installation and use.
During the installation of the fan, safety devices must be installed to prevent accidents and installed and wired by professionals familiar with relevant safety requirements.
3. The air ducts connecting the inlet and outlet of the fan are separately supported, and it is not allowed to add overlapping weight to the components of the fan; When installing the fan, attention should be paid to the horizontal position of the fan. The connection between the fan and the foundation and the air outlet duct should be adjusted to fit naturally, and forced connection is not allowed.
4. After installing the fan, use your hand or lever to move the impeller and check for any tightness or rubbing, as well as any objects that may hinder rotation. Only when there are no abnormal phenomena can the test run be carried out. The exposed part of the fan transmission device should have a protective cover (provided by the user). If the fan inlet is not connected to the pipeline, a protective net or other installation device (provided by the user) should also be added.
5. The distribution control box of the fan must be matched with the corresponding fan (referring to power, voltage, pneumatic mode, control form, etc.).
6. The wiring of the fan should be done by a professional electrician, and the wiring must be correct and reliable, especially the wiring number at the electrical control box should correspond to the number * on the fan terminal post. The fan housing should be reliably grounded, and the grounding must be reliable. Zero grounding cannot be used to replace grounding
7. After installing all the fans, check whether there are any remaining tool boxes or debris inside the fans.

13. Ventilation and heat dissipation: Please choose to use it in a well ventilated place and not in a sealed room or box.
14. Placement space: For the convenience of column maintenance or repair, please avoid installing in overly narrow locations.
