Purpose:
The vacuum tube resistance furnace (quartz heating furnace) is an energy-saving periodic operation vacuum resistance furnace, mainly used for various purposes such as vacuum heating, vacuum sintering, and nano material sintering in the metallurgical industry, industrial and mining enterprises, colleges and universities, and research institutions.

Structure Introduction:
The shell of the vacuum tube resistance furnace is formed by rolling steel plates, and the furnace is made of high alumina insulation material fired into a porous cylindrical shape. Aluminum silicate fibers and ultra lightweight insulation bricks are used between the furnace lining and the furnace shell. The resistance wire adopts high alloy resistance wire 0Cr25Al5, wound in a spiral shape and arranged around the furnace. Stainless steel vacuum tubes are installed inside the furnace, with vacuum drawn from the front end and exhaust or intake from the rear end.
