Equipment Introduction:
1. Pump is one of the basic equipment used to extract gas from sealed containers. It can function independently or as a front-end pump for booster pumps, diffusion pumps, molecular pumps, etc., as well as a maintenance pump and a pre pumping pump for titanium pumps. It can be used for the manufacturing of electric vacuum devices, thermos bottles, vacuum welding, printing, vacuum forming, refrigeration equipment repair, and instrument matching. Because it has the advantages of small size, light weight, and low noise, it is more suitable for use in laboratories.
2. The pump is allowed to operate continuously for a long time under the condition that the inlet pressure is less than 1.3X103 Pa within the ambient temperature range of 540. When the relative humidity of the extracted gas is greater than 90%, the gas damper should be opened.
3. The continuous smooth operation of the pump inlet under atmospheric conditions shall not exceed one minute.
4. The pump is not suitable for extracting gases that are corrosive to metals, chemically react with pump oil, contain particulate dust, and have high oxygen content, as well as explosive and toxic gases.
