Working principle of emulsion homogenization

1. The vacuum emulsifier head adopts a claw type bidirectional suction structure, which avoids blind spots and vortex phenomena caused by difficult suction. Under the centrifugal force generated by the rotor, the material is thrown radially into the narrow and precise gap between the stator and rotor, and is subjected to centrifugal compression, impact and other forces, resulting in sufficient dispersion, mixing and emulsification of the material.

If used in a vacuum state or pressure vessel of a vacuum emulsifier, the motor bracket of the shearing machine needs to be equipped with corresponding mechanical sealing devices.
