VMD Three Machine Integrated Dehumidification and Drying Machine

This machine integrates three functions: dehumidification, drying, and feeding (the standard feeding function is one to one, and up to one to three can be optionally selected).

The drying and dehumidification control adopts microcomputer control and P.I.D. temperature control.

LCD display, button operation, simple and easy to understand interface.

Adopting a dual cooler structure to ensure lower return air temperature, the honeycomb can reach a dew point below -40 ° C, and with enhanced chilled water configuration, it can even reach a dew point of -50 ° C or even lower.

The drying and dehumidification control can be switched between Chinese and English, with a simple and easy to understand operating interface, and clear text display of fault issues.

The European style drying material bucket design has strong insulation performance, effectively preventing heat loss and improving drying efficiency.

The closed-loop feeding system can prevent the dried raw materials from re entering moisture due to contact with external air.

The feeding system is equipped with a cut-off valve device as standard, ensuring that there is no residual raw material in the feeding tube after each feeding is completed.

The integrated design has a small footprint and is easy to move, allowing for easy replacement of the machine for use.

Optional PLC human-machine interface control (up to one to five can be selected for feeding).

Optional installation of dew point detector.
