VICKERS solenoid valve model * VICKERS agentVICKERS solenoid valve models are mainly used as actuating components in electro-hydraulic servo systems (see hydraulic servo systems). In servo systems, hydraulic actuators have the characteristics of good speed, high output power per unit weight, smooth transmission, and strong anti-interference ability compared to electrical and pneumatic actuators. On the other hand, electrical components are often used in servo systems to transmit signals and correct characteristics. Therefore, modern high-performance servo systems also use electro-hydraulic methods, and servo valves are essential components of such systems.
The VICKERS solenoid valve models are classified as follows:
1. Hydraulic flow control valve
Hydraulic flow control valves are divided into 5 different types according to their applications.
Type 1: Throttle valve, which can maintain stable operation of components with minimal cost.
Type 2: Collecting valve, its function is to gather the flow of two actuating elements together, forming a greater pressure to achieve the desired effect.
Type 3: Speed regulating valve, as the name suggests, is used to adjust the throttle valve. It can maintain stable flow inside the throttle valve, thereby keeping the movement speed of the components stable.
Type 4: Diverter valve, which enables two parallel components of the same hydraulic source to obtain equal hydraulic values. Type 5: Diverter valve, which has both diversion and collection functions, only requires setting the type.
2. Pressure control valve
Pressure control valves can be divided into three types according to their applications.
A pressure reducing valve that can stably control the pressure of the hydraulic branch to be lower than that of the hydraulic circuit.
The second type of relief valve, also known as a protective safety valve, can control the hydraulic system to maintain a certain pressure. When a fault occurs, the valve port will automatically open to allow hydraulic fluid to flow out, avoiding damage to the hydraulic system due to excessive pressure.
The third type is a sequential valve, which uses hydraulic pressure to perform a series of continuous movements, and is an advanced type.
3. Directional control valve
Directional control valve can be divided into directional valve and single valve. A directional valve, similar to a processor, can easily replace the hydraulic pipeline in use, and can also be changed at any time to allow hydraulic fluid to enter that pipeline. According to its driving mode, it can be divided into manual and manual. The second one is a one-way valve, which is characterized by the fact that liquid can only move in one direction inside and cannot flow back.
The pilot oil from the VICKERS solenoid valve controls the movement of the main reversing valve spool, allowing the incoming oil from the working pump to enter the boom cylinder and achieve boom lift. The higher the output pressure of the proportional pilot pressure reducing valve, the greater the displacement of the control main directional valve core, the greater the flow rate through the main directional valve, and the faster the boom rises. When the operating handle is pulled to the limit position, the limit electromagnetic iron in the handle is energized, and the handle is attracted at the limit position. The boom rises at maximum speed. When it reaches the position limited by the upper limit switch of the boom, the limit electromagnet of the operating handle is powered off, and the handle automatically returns to the middle position. The boom can then remain in the limited position. During the process of raising the boom, if the boom needs to stay in a certain position, the operating handle needs to be returned to the neutral position.
