The contact surface of the raw material is made of fully stainless material. Precision die cast aluminum shell, smooth surface, good insulation performance. Silent fan with optional air filter to ensure cleanliness of raw materials. By using a proportional deviation indicator thermostat, the temperature can be accurately controlled. Both the barrel body and the machine base are equipped with viewing windows, allowing for direct observation of the internal raw material conditions. The curved design of the electric heating cylinder avoids combustion caused by the accumulation of raw material powder at the bottom of the cylinder. The aluminum casting mold is independently designed, with the barrel body flipped backwards and compatible with any robotic arm. Another 50-800kg comes with insulation options: double-layer material bucket, stainless steel electric heating tube, and heat dissipation electric heating tube.
