By using the new ATEX VARIO chemical diaphragm pump and chemical vacuum system, the vacuum degree can be controlled by the motor speed. The VARIO vacuum pump can be driven through an additional control signal line. The optional CVC 3000 controller and system accessories (I/O modules, supply/isolation amplifiers) and ATEX sensors can perform fully automatic distillation processes without the need for parameter settings or programming. Under adaptive control, the system can independently find boiling point pressure, continuously adjust vacuum degree, and optimize based on steam pressure. The vacuum controller and system accessories are installed in non explosive areas.
