V-shaped high-efficiency mixer

The V-shaped high-efficiency mixer is a widely used powder and granular material mixer internationally. It has the characteristics of simple structure, easy operation, convenient maintenance and cleaning, fast speed, and good mixing effect. Widely used in industries such as magnetic materials, powder metallurgy, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, food, electronics, ceramics, etc., it is an ideal mixing equipment.
This equipment is designed by drawing on the advantages of similar foreign products. It utilizes the two cylindrical tubes of the mixer, which are not of equal length and arranged asymmetrically. When the mixer rotates, the material goes from decomposition to combination, and from combination to decomposition. Due to the different planes of the material, there is also lateral force, which drives the material to exchange horizontally. Each rotation of the lateral force causes about 25% of the material to flow from one barrel to another. In this way, the material is mixed horizontally and radially, and the decomposition and combination proceed with each other, achieving a very uniform mixing effect.
Without mechanical compression and strong wear, it can maintain the integrity of material particles. The barrel is polished both inside and outside, designed with smooth transitions and no dead corners to avoid cross contamination of materials. The discharge port is equipped with a butterfly valve for easy unloading.
This machine can also be equipped with forced mixing devices, material humidification systems, and gas protection devices according to user needs.
