User Manual and Precautions for Bubble Film and Pearl Cotton Vertical Cutting Machine

Basic operating steps:

1. At locations where screws can be loosened or fixed (as shown in the figure)⑸Adjust the size of the product to be cut, such as:300mm/500mm/800mm,And fix the size.

2. Slide the shaft (as shown in the figure)⑷Slide and pull open the shelf on top of the product, and place the product to be cut.

3. Saw blade (as shown in the figure)⑺The diameter of the product that can be cut is950mmAdjustable cutting roll size changer (as shown in the figure)⑼Change the products to be cut.

4. Open the machine power control box (as shown in the figure)⑴Turn on the air switch and turn off the power control switch box.

5Release the saw blade (detach from the main drive pulley)

6. Turn on the green button outside the power control switch box, and the motor will start running,(Attention should be paid to whether the motor fan blades rotate clockwise, as counterclockwise rotation can damage the saw blade.)

7. The operator stands at the protective barrier (as shown in the figure)⑹Push the sliding shaft support plate towards the saw blade for cutting (protective baffle can be pushed)

8. After cutting is completed, turn off the power control switch box (as shown in the figure)⑴The red button outside indicates that the machine has stopped running.

9. When cutting is not required, the power switch control box (as shown in the figure) needs to be turned off⑴The independent electric switch at the location.

Notes:When adjusting the cutting size changer, the power control switch box (as shown in the figure)shown⑴The green button (green switch) on the device must be in the off state.

‚Attention should be paid to the direction of rotation of the motor, and clockwise direction of the motor blades is considered positive. (As shown in the picture)shown⑵Reverse operation can easily cause the cutting saw blade to break, requiring replacement of the saw blade.
