working principle

  • Filtering stageThe suspension is transported to each filter chamber through the feed pump. Under pressure, the liquid passes through the filter cloth and is discharged along the channels on the filter plate. The solid particles gradually accumulate to form a filter cake.

  • Crushing stageWhen the filtration reaches a certain level, stop feeding and inject high-pressure medium, such as compressed air or water, into the diaphragm plate. The expansion of the diaphragm compresses the filter cake, further reducing its moisture content.
