1、 Equipment Description

This unit is a system device with inlet air flow, outlet air flow, wide tower body, pressure type, capable of primary agglomeration of mist droplets and secondary agglomeration of fine powder, equipped with an internal fluidized bed and an external vibrating fluidized bed, and has low-temperature auxiliary drying and cooling functions.

The drying tower is a vertical parallel flow upward air inlet and upward air exhaust pressure type spray dryer. Materials are sprayed into the tower from the middle of the tower top air equalizer by the high-pressure pump through the high-pressure pipe. After atomization by the nozzle, the droplets between multiple nozzles have the effect of collision and adhesion. The droplets contact with the hot air with low relative humidity, and strong heat exchange occurs between the two instantly. The heat energy of the hot air supplies the droplets to evaporate their moisture, and works with the built-in fluidized bed to dry the materials into powder particles with moisture content meeting the requirements. The evaporated moisture is taken away by the hot air, and is recycled and filtered by the two-stage cyclone separator or bag filter, and then discharged into the atmosphere by the exhaust fan. Most of the products fall into the built-in fluidized bed at the bottom of the tower for secondary auxiliary drying, and then are sent to the vibrating fluidized bed for tertiary drying and cooling.

2、 Application Fields

It is widely used in the spray drying of solutions, suspensions and other dry matter containing liquids into powder products, and in many fields such as milk powder, soybean powder, special medical food, additives, biology, pharmacy, chemical industry, etc.

3、 Equipment features

A new type of exhaust structure with built-in fluidized bed and vibrating fluidized bed low-temperature auxiliary drying and cooling, saving energy. The temperature inside the tower is relatively low compared to the exhaust temperature, especially after the material is dehydrated, it comes into contact with low-temperature air, greatly protecting the protein, ensuring good product freshness, and reducing protein denaturation; Spiral wind sweeping tower wall reduces powder accumulation inside the tower, eliminating the need for tower sweeping every shift and reducing pollution, waste, and labor intensity; Secondary agglomeration of fine powder results in fresh products, uniform particles, and good solubility. The operation adopts automatic control, equipped with frequency converter, temperature and pressure sensors, high-pressure automatic valve, PLC program control, simple operation and easy control.

4、 Structural composition

1. Spray system: feed pump, high-pressure pump, high-pressure pipeline, high-pressure valve, high-pressure hose, spray gun, spray head;
