Unmanned weighing system

This product is developed and designed according to the universal standard of SCS unmanned electronic car scales. It uses radio frequency identification equipment to automatically identify weighing vehicles and is equipped with a video surveillance system and computer to automatically complete the weighing and release process. It is an intelligent weighing system that can standardize the weighing process, improve operational efficiency, and effectively avoid human cheating.

2、 Configuration information
When weighing, the driver takes the IC card and swipes it next to the reader to operate the card
The data information stored in each ID card will also be stored in the database
The database can also store information such as the cardholder's affiliated company and cardholder's photo
The system uses dedicated card issuing tools to write card key information and data information

3、 Unmanned workflow

1. The driver drives the vehicle to the entrance ground sensing coil and activates the license plate recognition device
After identifying the correct information and entering it, the front gate is lifted and the vehicle moves forward;
3. When the vehicle passes through the position of the ground sensing coil of the barrier gate, the barrier gate induction drops
4. After the vehicle comes to a complete stop, manually confirm or automatically save the weight data
5. Voice notification of data storage completion/vehicle leaving the weighing system, and the driver driving the vehicle off the weighing scale;
6. The system returns to its initial state, and the second vehicle continues with the previous process
