Unmanned weighing system for concrete mixing plant scale
Traditional weighing requires manual guidance of vehicles, recording of data, and verification of documents, which takes up to 15-30 minutes per vehicle. The unmanned system breaks through the bottleneck through the following design:
License plate recognition+autonomous driving guidance: AI cameras automatically recognize license plate numbers, combined with traffic lights, guiding trucks to accurately stop at the weighing area without the need for manual intervention throughout the entire process.
Intelligent ticket printing: The system automatically associates order information, generates electronic scales, and drivers can print tickets on the scales, reducing the average single task time to 1 minute.
The system is based on the principle of scientific management and eliminating loopholes, aiming to strengthen the management of vehicle weighing in various factories, improve work efficiency, prevent possible problems in the vehicle weighing process, and provide data analysis and decision support. The system consists of an automatic weighing system for car scales, an automatic license plate recognition system (or RFID reader), an LED large screen command system (or voice system), a video surveillance system, an abnormal situation mobile SMS notification system, a traffic light prompt system, an infrared system, a barrier control system, and a remote query system.
New sensors are constantly emerging, and the situation dominated by resistance strain type weighing sensors is changing. Especially for weighing instruments with small weighing ranges, more powerful tuning fork vibrating wire sensors have been used to replace resistance strain type sensors, becoming a very promising new product. Its advantages are: no need for high stability excitation power supply and electronic circuits such as A/D converters, small size, no preheating, compact structure, fast response, low mass production cost, and simple production tools.
System Advantages
Automatic data collection reduces human intervention, improves the accuracy and real-time performance of data collection.
Accelerate the weighing speed and improve production efficiency.
Standardize the weighing process, plug loopholes, and prevent situations from occurring.
Centralized management of automobile scales can reduce the number of personnel and alleviate the burden on enterprises.
Install a self-service human-machine interaction system to save construction costs; Centralized installation of equipment for easy management and prevention of human damage.
Remote centralized work enables unmanned weighing scales, avoiding direct contact between drivers and weighing personnel, and improving the working environment of weighing personnel.
Remote card reading is possible, which can prevent drivers from using exchange cards, license plates, etc.
Customize additional features according to enterprise needs to achieve seamless integration with production systems, etc.
The centralized control center is connected to the front-end data acquisition system through a network, without adding additional link construction costs.
Video monitoring system
Use surveillance cameras to continuously monitor the weighing situation of vehicles 24 hours a day, record and archive screenshots for future reference. Vehicle control system
Use ground sensing coil detectors and infrared sensors to detect the vehicle's position, and then control the automatic lifting and lowering of the electronic gear lever.
