Weighing process:

1. Before the vehicle is weighed, the entrance signal light is green and the exit barrier gate is in the lowered state;

2. When the weight of the weighing platform on the vehicle is greater than the minimum value of the system, the import signal light turns red;

3. The infrared anti cheating system automatically and continuously detects the vehicle's position information. If it has not been driven to the middle of the weighing platform, the system will continuously prompt "Please stop in the middle of the weighing platform";

4. After the vehicle is weighed, the system prompts "Please swipe your card";

5. The driver gets off the car and swipes the card at the weighing room. After the card swipe is successful and the data is stable, the system starts weighing and automatically saves the data to the database;

6. When weighing a vehicle, the camera will automatically capture information about the front, rear, and interior of the vehicle, while also broadcasting weight data through voice;

7. After saving the data, the exit barrier will automatically lift and the system will prompt the driver to "please get off the scale";

8. After the vehicle is weighed down and the exit ground sensing detects that the vehicle has completely left, the exit barrier gate falls and the entrance signal light turns green.
