Through standardized processes combined with the LE4800plus ZS sonar detector, it achieves full chain closed-loop management from on-site detection to fault disposal. The specific process is as follows:


1. Preliminary preparation and working condition research: Before the inspection, technicians go deep into the site to comprehensively understand the parameters of the steam system (pressure, temperature, load), the model of the drain valve (floating ball, thermal static, disc, inverted bucket, etc.), the service life and operating history, clarify the scope and key areas of the inspection, and lay the foundation for accurate inspection in the future. 2. Precise detection: The core application of LE4800plus ZS is the core link of the service. LE4800plus ZS achieves efficient and accurate diagnosis through the synergy of ultrasound and infrared thermal imaging technologies



1. Precise ultrasonic capture: The device is equipped with a high-sensitivity ultrasonic sensor that can capture high-frequency sound signals ranging from 20kHz to 100kHz. Leakage sounds and internal fluid motion sounds that cannot be directly heard by the human ear can be clearly collected. By using the heterodyne demodulation function to convert to audible frequencies, operators can directly listen; At the same time, the 5.7-inch high-definition screen displays real-time sound wave waveforms and intensity curves. Normal drain valves exhibit regular fluctuations, while leaks and blockages show abnormal signal characteristics. 2. Infrared thermal imaging assisted verification: Integrated non-contact infrared thermal imaging module, synchronously measuring the temperature distribution of the inlet and outlet of the drain valve and the pipeline, forming a temperature field map. Under normal conditions, there is a significant temperature difference between the inlet and outlet, where the inlet is close to the steam temperature and the outlet is close to the condensate temperature; When there is a leak, the outlet temperature is too high, and when there is a blockage, the inlet and outlet temperatures are both too low. Double data cross validation is used to avoid misjudgment of a single parameter. 3. Intelligent judgment and quantification: The instrument is equipped with a fault judgment model based on industry standards such as GB/T 12256, which automatically analyzes the collected sound and temperature data and quickly generates fault level and type conclusions. The screen displays the results in three colors: green "OK" represents normal, red "OPEN" indicates leakage (quantified in kg/h), and blue "CLOSED" indicates blockage. The entire process takes only 3 seconds and does not require extensive professional experience. At the same time, it supports the storage of detection data, establishes equipment health records, and provides data support for subsequent trend analysis and preventive maintenance.

3. Data review and report output: After the testing is completed, technicians manually review the instrument judgment results based on on-site conditions (such as changes in steam load and equipment service life) to ensure the accuracy of the conclusions. Subsequently, a standardized testing report will be output, including testing time, equipment information, sound and temperature data, fault level, leakage estimation, and rectification suggestions. It can be directly exported and archived for enterprise traceability and management. 4. Fault handling and long-term maintenance: Based on the inspection report, provide targeted disposal plans: minor blockages can be restored by flushing and cleaning; Provide replacement services for original factory compatible parts for faults such as aging of seals and wear of valve cores; Assist in selecting and replacing severely damaged or malfunctioning drain valves, and recommend suitable models based on system operating conditions. At the same time, based on detection data, personalized long-term maintenance plans are developed for enterprises, clarifying inspection cycles and maintenance nodes to reduce the recurrence rate of failures.
