1、 Basic overview and functional purpose introduction:

Introduction to operation key functions:
1) Left and right arrow keys ->Move the cursor to select the size you want to change
2) Reduce and increase keys → Use them to change the size of numbers And change the content of different attributes of the instrument
3) Page turning and viewing keys → Press this key continuously to view the basic parameters of the instrument in sequence You can also press this key once after completing the operation to return to the previous menu until the main screen or exit the settings program
4) Confirm and enter key → After modifying each parameter, press this key to confirm. This key also enters the settings menu key. For example, when a parameter needs to be modified after the instrument is powered on, hold down this key until the password interface appears, and the interface prompts (please enter password)

4、 How to enter the user's main menu
Press and hold the confirm button until the password interface appears (please enter the password), and change the size of the number by pressing the increase and decrease keys. (4) Water level cut-off → small water level cut-off, recommended 0.005-0.02m, adjusted according to actual situation

3Flow level measurement:
Flow level measurement is a necessary condition for the normal operation of instruments Emphasizing the importance of "air distance", only when the air distance is accurate, it indicates that the instrument is normal, and the rest of the work is much simpler

4If there is still instantaneous flow display without sewage flow, increase the number of "water level cut-off" and decrease the number of water level cut-off

7、 Analysis of reasons for abnormal instrument:

Liquid level display → "echo loss" or "FFFFFF" → indicates that the instrument has not received an echo

There are abnormalities in the wiring between the probe and the instrument: carefully check whether the connecting wires are reliable, whether there are any broken wires inside the wires, and if necessary, temporarily replace the external wiring and try it out

The surface condition of the measured liquid is complex (for example, there are a lot of foam and floating objects on the liquid surface), which leads to the poor reflection ability of the water level surface → clear the foam and floating objects


BWhen the liquid level changes, the air distance (liquid level) display number does not change

The liquid level height enters the blind zone of the transducer → raise the position of the ultrasonic transducer

The diameter of the static water well is too small or there is dirt or poor edge flatness inside the static water well → Increase the size of the static water well, clean the dirt or use a static water well material with smooth inner walls Change the installation position until the air distance stabilizes


CDisplay numbers with regular back and forth movements (characteristic: one of the numbers is fixed and unchanged)

There are relatively weak false targets above the measured sewage, which generate false echoes (sometimes absent), such as uneven height inside the static water well, and serious scaling on the inner wall of the clean water well after long-term use

We can determine whether the digital jitter interference comes from the outside or the instrument itself by using the following method: facing the ultrasonic transmitter towards the open sky, theoretically speaking, the instrument will not receive any echo at this time, and the instrument water level will prompt "echo loss" or "FFFFFF", indicating that the interference is from outside On the contrary, the digital jumping comes from the instrument itself and needs to be returned to the manufacturer for maintenance
