Overview
The ultra-thin thickness gauge adopts the "clutter flying technology", which can achieve the measurement of ultra-thin parts, with a thickness (steel) of up to 0.15mm (the lower line of ordinary ultrasonic thickness gauges is 1mm, but this one can achieve 0.15mm, solving the measurement of thin plates between 0.15mm and 1mm. On the other hand, it can achieve high-precision thickness measurement with a resolution of up to 0.001mm.

3. Three measurement modes: I-E mode, E-E mode, and automatic mode

Features:

IE: Bottom wave echo mode meets the requirements of conventional thick workpiece measurement (the side mode used by ordinary thickness gauges)

EE: Echo echo mode meets the measurement of 0.15mm workpieces, unaffected by bottom waves and calibration, ensuring ultra-high precision of 0.001mm resolution

4. Measurement through surface coatings (feature: measurement of workpiece thickness through coatings, such as paint)

5. Place the probe on the thickness gauge test block and press the button to automatically zero it

6. Equipped with LED backlight display, convenient for use in strong light and low light environments

7. Equipped with sound speed calibration (reverse measurement of sound speed) function, the sound speed can be measured from the opposite side with known workpiece thickness

8. IE mode single point calibration function ensures data stability during measurement (no calibration required in EE mode)

9. Alarm and difference mode settings can be made

Features (thickness range can be set, automatic alarm when exceeding the upper and lower lines)

Difference mode: Input the known thickness value of the workpiece and display the actual thickness difference of the workpiece (for example, if the thickness is 10mm, the measured thickness is 9.8mm, and the difference mode displays -0.2mm)

Features: The units of millimeters (mm) and inches (in) can be switched to meet the application needs of domestic and foreign enterprises
