UT-1M-IP Ultrasonic Thickness GaugeIntroduction:
The ultrasonic thickness gauge UT-1M-IP, used for measuring thickness, operates based on the principle of measuring the propagation time of the electrical pulse signal exciting the piezoelectric sensor (probe).
The UT-1M-IP transducer converts electrical signals into elastic (mechanical) vibrations - i.e. sound waves.
These waves propagate from the input surface to the reflection (bottom) surface and return, and are reacquired and converted into electrical signals through PET.
Afterwards, the device calculates the thickness of the object being measured.
The UT-1M-IP ultrasonic thickness gauge is designed for rapid and non-destructive thickness measurement and is suitable for:
Products made of various metals, alloys, and other materials;
Products made of non-metallic materials such as glass, plastic, composite materials, etc;
The top or other protective structures of storage tanks, pipelines, casing components, plates, etc., including surfaces with corrosion, pits, floating debris, etc;
During production and operation, testing can also be conducted;
Can measure the tested device on one side, used for metal product diagnosis and special work.
