UV glue, also known as shadowless glue, photosensitive glue, or UV curable glue, refers to a type of adhesive that must be cured by exposure to ultraviolet light. It can be used as an adhesive or as a material for paints, coatings, inks, etc. The curing principle of UV glue is that the photoinitiator (or photosensitizer) in the UV cured material absorbs ultraviolet light and produces active free radicals or cations, triggering monomer polymerization, cross-linking, and branching chemical reactions, causing the adhesive to transform from liquid to solid within seconds.

3.1. Surface treatment: According to the specific material treatment, the surface should be dry and clean, without weak boundary layers
3.2. Glue application: Apply evenly, do not disperse
3.3 Light positioning: Low radiation for a short period of time, cannot be easily pushed by hand
3.4 Removing Excess Adhesive: Use a small knife to scrape off the excess adhesive, gently wipe it off with a soft cloth or tissue, and dip it in acetone alcohol
3.5 Complete curing: Long term high radiation until complete curing, be careful not to exceed the temperature

Many plastics have low heat resistance and require attention to heat dissipation and multiple exposures during curing to prevent plastic deformation due to high temperatures; The transmittance of ultraviolet rays is relatively low in some plastics, such as PVC with a transmittance of only 25-30%, and PC containing a large amount of ultraviolet absorbers. These materials need to be paid attention to during curing, and can be irradiated for a long time with T8/T9 ultraviolet lamps and HPL high-pressure fluorescent bulbs, etc.
