The UV accelerated weather resistance test chamber can reproduce the damage caused by sunlight, rain, and dew. Within a few days or weeks, you can avoid the damage caused by outdoor activities for months or years. Simulate outdoor aging by exposing materials to alternating cycles of UV light, controlled humidity, and high temperature environments. It uses special fluorescent ultraviolet lamps to simulate sunlight exposure. Dew and rain are simulated by condensing humidity and or water spray.

It uses ultraviolet lamps to simulate the radiation effect of sunlight, and simulates dew and rain through condensation and water spraying. In just a few days or weeks, the ultraviolet irradiation equipment can withstand the damage that takes months or even years to occur outdoors, including fading, color changes, loss of luster, powdering, cracking, wrinkling, foaming, brittleness, strength reduction, oxidation, etc. Its test results can be used to select new materials, improve existing materials, or evaluate changes in material formulations.

2Condensation system (simulated dew):

QUVThe condensation system is essentially the evaporation of water vapor confined within the experimental chamber by the sample of the experimental chamber. During the condensation cycle, water is heated by the heating element in the water tray, and the test chamber is filled with water vapor, reaching equilibrium at 100% humidity. The water vapor continuously condenses on the sample and then flows back into the water tray.

3. Sprinkler system (simulating rainwater):
