The UQK built-in liquid level controller is another generation of liquid level controller developed to automatically control the high and low liquid levels according to user needs. It has the characteristics of automatic and precise control of liquid level, no need for manual operation, stability and reliability. It can be widely used in various industries such as petroleum, chemical, fertilizer, rubber, medicine, shipbuilding, military, power, food, etc. for automatic control of medium liquid level position in towers, tanks, tanks, spherical containers, boilers and other equipment.

Working principle

This liquid level controller consists of a body, a float, a flange, and a reed switch. Its structure is shown in the figure. Working principle: The liquid pushes the float, and the magnet inside the float drives the reed switch to close and control the intermediate relay. The intermediate relay then drives the contactor to control the liquid inlet motor, keeping the liquid level within a certain range and achieving automatic control.
