UHN5-1EL integrates a three-level deep purification unit, with an output nitrogen purity of ≥ 99.999% and a flow stability of ± 1%. It meets the gas requirements for the entire process of laser excitation cavity blowing and optical component protection, and the continuous gas supply pressure fluctuation is less than 0.3%. Satisfy the stringent requirements of zero impurities, low humidity, and high stability of the gas source for excimer/femtosecond lasers, significantly improving equipment processing accuracy and service life.
