U-Blot #174; Ultra sensitive ECL chemiluminescence solution (pg level) $r $nU Blot #174; Pick level ECL solution is a highly sensitive, non radioactive chemiluminescent substrate based on luminol, used for detecting horseradish peroxidase (HRP) immobilized on membranes in immunoblotting, capable of detecting antigens as low as the Fick level. The continuous luminescence time can reach 6 hours, and it can be repeatedly exposed to X-ray film or chemiluminescence imaging system to obtain the best results. It can also be used for stripping immunoassay reagents and retesting.
