The Type III specialized transformer acquisition terminal is a new generation of specialized transformer control and management terminal designed based on the ARM core, in accordance with the requirements of the State Grid Corporation of China's construction of a power user electricity information acquisition system, combined with years of design, development, and on-site operation experience in the power industry. The specialized transformer terminal has functions such as AC sampling, state quantity acquisition, pulse quantity acquisition, and load control; Exchange data with the electric energy meter through the downlink communication interface, and complete functions such as data storage and processing; Adopting an uplink communication interface for data exchange with the main station management system, it is mainly suitable for reading energy meter data from large industrial and commercial electricity users, monitoring the working conditions and power supply quality of energy metering equipment, and load control management.

  • Upstream channel: Ethernet interface, GPRS communication interface (CDMA communication interface or fiber optic optional), can directly exchange data with the main station management system
  • Downstream channel: 2 RS485 communication interfaces, standard configuration includes 8 (expandable) multifunctional energy meters for data acquisition
  • Local interface: 1 RS232 communication interface, 1 infrared communication interface, 1 USB interface
  • Communication sampling function: active power accuracy level 1 or 0.5s level, reactive power accuracy level 2 (used as a reference for assessment)
  • State quantity acquisition function: equipped with 2 channels of state quantity acquisition and 1 channel of door contact. The state quantity input is a passive open/close switching contact input
  • Pulse acquisition function: Equipped with two standard pulse acquisition channels, it can receive pulses output by the electric energy meter and calculate the 1-minute average power based on the pulse constant Kp (imp/kWh or imp/kvarh) of the electric energy meter, CT ratio, PT ratio, and record the maximum power value and occurrence time of the current day and month
  • On site maintenance function: Maintenance work such as parameter setting and data query can be carried out through RS485 communication interface, RS232 communication interface or infrared communication interface
  • Data collection function: It can collect and store electricity meter data through RS485 bus according to the set terminal meter reading day or timed collection time interval
  • Data management function: can save 62 days of daily frozen data, 12 months of monthly frozen data, 31 meter reading days of frozen data, and the latest 30 days of curve frozen data
  • Control function: It has power constant control and electric energy control functions, with standard configuration of 2 control outputs and 1 alarm output; Control relay output supports two wiring methods: normally open and normally closed
  • Power quality monitoring function: It can perform functions such as voltage over limit, power factor over limit statistics, voltage qualification rate statistics, etc
  • Monitoring function of electric energy metering equipment: monitoring and recording the operation status of the electric energy meter, including: changes in meter parameters, meter time deviation, meter fault information, decrease in energy indication, energy deviation, meter flight, meter stoppage, etc
  • Support remote or local upgrade function: remotely upgrade programs through message and FTP methods, and support breakpoint resume function; Local program upgrade can be performed through USB flash drive or RS232
  • Support remote communication module interchange function, hardware interface adopts State Grid standard specifications, supports plug and play of State Grid remote communication module
