The main body of this reaction vessel is made of 304 or 316L stainless steel welded together. The cylindrical vessel with an effective capacity of 5 tons has a diameter of about 1.5 meters and a height of 2.2 meters. The wall thickness is divided into two specifications according to the working pressure: 10mm (normal pressure to 0.6 MPa) and 14mm (1.0-1.6 MPa). The interior of the kettle has undergone mirror polishing treatment, with a roughness Ra ≤ 0.8 μ m, which not only reduces material residue and wall hanging, but also meets the hygiene standards of the food and pharmaceutical industries. The lid and body of the kettle are sealed with 20 M24 bolts to achieve flange sealing. Combined with a mortise and tenon structure and a fluororubber sealing ring, it can withstand temperatures ranging from -40 ℃ to 200 ℃, ensuring no leakage in complex media such as acids, bases, and organic solvents. The kettle cover is equipped with standardized components such as DN50 feed inlet, DN80 discharge outlet, sight glass, pressure gauge interface, etc., which facilitate the docking with auxiliary equipment such as pipelines and sensors, forming a complete production loop.

The core system configuration reflects the comprehensiveness of its functions. The heating method can be selected according to the needs, including electric heating, steam heating, or thermal oil heating: the electric heating type adopts a winding nickel chromium alloy heating belt, with a total power of 30-45kW, a heating rate of up to 5 ℃/min, and a temperature control accuracy of ± 1 ℃; The steam heating type uses a jacket to introduce 0.3-0.8MPa saturated steam, which is suitable for chemical reactions that require rapid heating. The mixing system comes standard with a combination of paddle and anchor double mixing paddles. The low-speed anchor paddle is close to the kettle wall (with a gap of 8mm) and can scrape off viscous materials; The high-speed propeller is located in the middle, generating strong turbulence to ensure even solid-liquid mixing. The transmission device adopts a 3-7.5kW variable frequency motor, and the speed can be infinitely adjusted from 20-300rpm to meet different mixing needs from low viscosity liquids to high viscosity slurries.

In terms of sealing performance, the reactor adopts a dual scheme of mechanical seal and magnetic seal. The mechanical seal is composed of silicon carbide dynamic and static rings, combined with a spring compensation structure, which can withstand a pressure of 1.6MPa and a high temperature of 200 ℃, suitable for general chemical reactions; Magnetic sealing achieves non-contact sealing between the stirring shaft and the kettle body through the coupling transmission of internal and external magnetic steel, preventing leakage. It is particularly suitable for production scenarios with high cleanliness requirements such as pharmaceutical intermediates. In addition, the kettle body is wrapped with an 80mm thick aluminum silicate insulation layer and covered with a 0.5mm stainless steel shell, with a heat loss rate of less than 10%, which not only saves energy but also avoids operator burns.
