Instructions for Use
Total Nitrogen0-20:
1. Add a packet of reagent B to the centrifuge tube

2. Take 1ml of water sample and inject it into a centrifuge tube

3. Take 3mL of reagent A and inject it into the centrifuge tube

4. Shake for 15 seconds

5. Open the lid and let it stand for 6 minutes to react

6. Draw 2ml of reaction solution from the centrifuge tube

7. Connect the needle and filter properly

8. Slowly inject the reaction solution into the colorimetric tube for 30 seconds

9. Shake for 15 seconds

10. Let it stand and react for 5 minutes

11. Color comparison with standard color chart

Total Nitrogen0-100:

1. Add a packet of reagent B to the centrifuge tube,

2. Take 0.5mL of water sample and inject it into a centrifuge tube

3. Take 3.5mL of reagent A and inject it into the centrifuge tube

4. Shake for 15 seconds

5. Open the lid and let it stand for 15 minutes to react

6. Draw 2mL of reaction solution from the centrifuge tube

7. Connect the needle and filter properly

8. Slowly inject the reaction solution into the colorimetric tube for 30 seconds

9. Shake for 15 seconds

10. Allow to react for 5 minutes

4Precautions

1. For high concentration and heavily polluted water samples, please dilute and test. If the total nitrogen value exceeds the testing range, there will be significant errors.

When comparing colors, place the color tube parallel to the standard color chart 1cm above it for comparison.

3. After the reaction is completed, please immediately compare the color.

4. The test water sample should be controlled between pH 5-9.
