At 80 ℃, nitrogen in nitrogen-containing compounds is oxidized to nitrate using an alkaline persulfate solution. The absorbance at 220nm is measured using a xenon lamp, and the absorbance is linearly related to the total nitrogen concentration of the sample. Based on this relationship, the absorbance can be converted into the total nitrogen concentration value of the sample, which can be displayed on the screen.
