Before signal integration, the fluctuation of flow rate is normalized by the computer and compensated to a constant flow rate, avoiding the influence of gas flow rate fluctuation on the measurement results in the traditional TOC analyzer measurement process. In addition, the use of VITA technology can truly achieve large volume injection and achieve low detection limits.
