The TH2840 series LCR digital bridge is designed with frequencies ranging from 20Hz-500kHz/2MHz, which compensates for the lack of high-performance bridges in the 500kHz frequency range. Thanks to the use of a 10.1-inch capacitive touch screen with a resolution of 1280 * 800, the TH2840 series LCR digital bridge adopts a four parameter display, where all settings, monitoring, sorting parameters, status, etc. can be displayed on the same screen, avoiding the tedious operation of frequent switching.

The advantage of a large screen is that it allows for the placement of four testing parameters, as well as sorting parameters, sorting results, function selection, and other parameters on the same screen, without appearing crowded or cluttered. Up to 1800 measurements per second

Due to the adoption of a dual CPU design, one CPU is responsible for testing and processing data, while the other CPU is responsible for displaying data, resulting in a testing speed of up to 1800 times per second for TH2840. High speed testing on automated production lines can greatly improve efficiency. For some parts that require real-time sampling to reflect the transient change characteristics of the tested object, or to measure the corresponding time of the change process, the TH2840 series with a measurement speed of 0.56ms can * * solve the problem.

In addition to the dual CPU design, the TH2840 series has also enhanced other hardware configuration parameters:

1. The AC test level is increased to 20Vrms/100mA, which can only be achieved by TH2838H in similar products. The range is wider when testing the C-V curve

2. The DC bias is ± 40V/± 100mA, which is a high configuration for similar products

3. Equipped with an independent 2A DC bias current source as standard, it brings good news for inductance testing within 2A current, and supports external TH1778A series expansion to 120A

4. The DCR test level is increased to 20V, which enables faster and more stable testing of mH level and above inductors.

Enhanced list scanning function

Four measurement parameters can be set, each with an independent switch. The frequency, level, bias, function, and delay of each point scanned in the list can be independently set, meeting the needs of most customers.
