Ultrasonic nozzles convert high-frequency sound waves into mechanical energy, which is transmitted into the liquid and generates standing waves. When the liquid leaves the atomization surface of the nozzle, it is broken into uniform micrometer sized droplets.

Unlike pressure nozzles, ultrasonic nozzles utilize lower ultrasonic vibration energy for liquid atomization.

Each ultrasonic nozzle operates at a specific resonance frequency, which determines the range of droplet diameters. Generally speaking, the higher the frequency, the smaller the diameter of the atomized droplets.

The nozzle is made of high-strength titanium alloy and other proprietary metals, which have strong chemical corrosion resistance and provide acoustic performance.

The liquid supply pipe runs through the entire length of the nozzle. The design of the nozzle ensures that the liquid only comes into contact with the titanium inside the nozzle.
