4 Working principle
4.1 Metering section: The electric energy consumed by the user is sampled through the signals on the voltage divider and splitter, and sent to the amplifier and multiplication circuit. The multiplication signal is integrated and V/F converted, and then output through the frequency divider circuit to drive the stepper meter to accumulate electricity. The electric energy consumption rate is displayed through the electric energy indicator light
4.2 Data processing part: The electric energy metering pulse is sent to the CPU for processing through a photoelectric coupler, and after calculation, it is stored in the non-volatile EEPHOM. The computer processing management information system writes a certain amount of electricity and monitoring requirements into the IC card input microprocessor system through the IC card reader/writer. After CPU calculation, it provides display and alarm Cut off the status signal
Five Installment and use
5.1 The electric energy meter can be installed and used after passing the inspection and being sealed with lead before leaving the factory
5.2 The electric energy meter can be installed indoors or for indoor use. The bottom plate of the meter should be fixed on a sturdy and fire-resistant wall. It is recommended to install it at a height of about 1.8 meters, and there should be no corrosive gases in the air
5.3 The electric energy meter should be wired according to the wiring diagram on the junction box of the electric energy meter, preferably using copper wire connectors and tightening the connecting screws
5.4 The reading of a mutual inductance electric energy meter must be multiplied by the transformation ratio to obtain the actual amount of electric energy
5.5 One table, one card: The IC card held by the user cannot be exchanged. In case of loss, a new power card should be purchased from the power supply department
5.6 Preparation for purchasing electricity: Before purchasing electricity, the user must insert the IC card into the slot of the energy meter once, in order to send the data in the meter back to the calculation basic content data back to the computer database
5.7 Electricity purchase method: When selling electricity, the IC card reader/writer is used to operate the computer and encrypt the user ID, pre purchased power, alarm power, limited capacity power, etc. into the IC card.
5.8 Electricity card usage: Insert the purchased electricity card into the card slot. If it is a valid purchased electricity card, the meter will automatically read the data into the meter, and the LCD display screen will show the purchased electricity amount, credit limit, and limited capacity power in sequence. Please keep it properly after unplugging the card.
5.9 Operation Display: During operation, the electric energy meter alternately displays the remaining electricity and total electricity consumption in the meter.
5.10 Overcapacity alarm: During the operation of the electric energy meter, if the "alarm indicator light" flashes rapidly, it warns the user that the electricity has been exceeded. If the meter is set to the over capacity power-off limit mode, after 30 seconds of over capacity electricity consumption, it will be tripped for 3 minutes and the countdown will display the time to restore power supply; If the user inserts the card and responds, the power supply can be immediately restored
5.11 Storage limit: If the purchased power+remaining power>the storage limit (1000KWH), the purchased power will not be read in, and the display will show the "internal remaining limit" prompt. The power in the card is still valid
5.12 Warning Reminder: When the remaining battery level in the meter is less than twice the "alarm battery level", the "alarm indicator light" will flash (with an interval of 1 second) to remind the user to purchase electricity. At this time, if the user responds by inserting a card, the "alarm indicator light" will flash for 2 seconds to avoid the railway line power outage warning
5.13 Power outage warning: If the user does not respond by inserting the card during the warning reminder, when the remaining battery level reaches the user's agreed alarm battery level (or 10% of the purchased battery level), the energy meter will trigger a power outage warning and display a "power outage" prompt. At this time, inserting the IC card into the card slot once will restore power supply If the IC card of this meter cannot be found after opening the switch, you can borrow a neighbor's IC card to insert it and restore power supply
5.14 Power purchase reminder: When the remaining power in the meter is less than the "alarm power", the "alarm indicator light" will restore power supply
5.15 Fault declaration: When the remaining power is displayed as zero or negative, and the "trip prompt" is displayed, if the meter continues to run, the user should immediately purchase electricity and proactively report the situation to the power supply department
7 Warranty
Within two years from the date of sale of the electric energy meter, if the user complies with the requirements specified in the manual and the lead seal of the manufacturer is still intact, and it is found that the electric energy meter does not meet the requirements specified in the enterprise standard, the manufacturer will provide free repair or replacement
