Overview

Three phase electric meter, three-phase 485 electric meter, DL/T 645-1997 "Multi functional Meter Communication Protocol"

Product Details

1. Overview
The DTS825/DSS825 three-phase electronic active energy meter complies with the GB/T17215-2002 "Level 1 and Level 2 Static AC Active Energy Meter" standard and is designed and manufactured using advanced SMT production technology. It is used to measure the total active energy of the three phases, has a phase failure indication function, and 485 communication function. The communication protocol complies withDL/T 645-1997Multi functional Table Communication Protocol<<DLT 645-1997.rar>>.
1.2 Product Features
1) The structural design of this product is reasonable and beautiful, with good production process and easy installation and maintenance;
2) Can accurately measure the total active power of three phases, and can use absolute value addition or substitution according to user requirements
Calculate the total power by adding and counting, with phase failure indication function.
3) The circuit design of the electric energy meter is reasonable, all of which adopt industrial products with stable performance and low power consumption
Grade electronic components with excellent anti-interference ability;
4) RS485 communication function can be added according to user requirements, which can remotely read electricity meters
Electricity collection capacity;
5) The electric pulse signal is output in a passive manner and can be used for power meter calibration or meter reading;

Working principle
This electric energy meter adopts a three-phase power supply mode and can work normally under any single-phase power supply situation.
When the electric energy meter is working, the voltage and current are sampled separately by the sampling circuit and sent to the large-scale dedicated integrated circuit for buffering and amplification. Then, they are converted into digital signals by a 16 bit A/D converter. After being processed by a digital multiplier, they are converted into pulses proportional to the magnitude of the electric energy, which drive the meter to accumulate electric energy and drive the pulse indicator light, and output pulses for measurement.

4. Main functions
4.1 Energy metering function 2
Energy metering function: active energy metering. Three phase power supply, one or two phases of power outage, measurement accuracy is not affected.
4.2 Output interface: with optocoupler isolation active passive pulse output interface.
4.3 Phase loss indication function
Use three light-emitting tubes to indicate whether there is a phase loss. The three light-emitting tubes represent phases A, B, and C. When a phase is missing, the corresponding indicator light will not light up.
