M7200Thickener
1 Overview
M7200ThickenerUsed for testing the viscosity change of cement slurry by adjusting the required temperature of the slurry under atmospheric pressure. The slurry is placed in accordance withAPIA standard brass cup, with150 rpmRotating speed. Slurry always plays an important role in cementing experiments,M7200Capable of testing the thickening time, free moisture content, fluid loss, viscosity, rheological properties, and other properties of cement slurry.
M7200Conduct experiments on the mud in two sample cups operated simultaneously under atmospheric pressure using a viscosity meter. The easy to read dial on each cup provides a quick and clear response, displaying the current consistency of the mud.
Dual thermocouples monitor the temperature of the bathtub, providing additional protection and preventing dangerous situations. The pre installed cooling jacket can quickly cool down the temperature of the bath at the end of the test, significantly reducing the time between tests.
Hardware structure design enablesM7200Easy to set up, use, and clean. All hardware components are based onAPIStandard design and manufacturing.
