3. The experimental object system includes:
Stainless steel water storage tank; Organic glass cylindrical upper water tank, organic glass cylindrical middle water tank, and organic glass cylindrical lower water tank. Stainless steel boiler: three-phase4.5kW electric heating boiler (consisting of a stainless steel boiler inner heating cylinder and a closed external circulation stainless steel cooling boiler jacket). Coil.
There are three sets of power systems in the system.
A set consisting of three phases(AC220V) stainless steel magnetic drive pump, electric regulating valve, gate valve, turbine flowmeter, etc; A set of three-phase stainless steel magnetic driven pumps (220V frequency conversion); The other set consists of a three-phase stainless steel magnetic drive pump (220V frequency conversion), turbine flowmeter, etc.
5. The entire object system is made of stainless steel material, including object frame, pipeline, bottom plate, etc.
6. Various detection, transmission, and execution devices in the object system:
Diffuse silicon pressure transmitter: detects the liquid level of the upper, middle, and lower water tanks;
Turbine flowmeter: detects power branch;
Turbine flowmeter: detects the flow rate at the outlet of the coil;
Pt100 thermistor temperature sensor: used to detect the water temperature at the outlet of the upper water tank;
Pt100 thermistor temperature sensor: used to detect boiler liner, boiler jacket, and coil respectively;
Actuator: including one gate valve and one electric control valve, three-phase220V stainless steel magnetic drive pump and three-phase electric heating tube;

Equipment supporting 3D virtual simulation software and smart course platform
(1) The simulation experiment module can be downloaded and used through the simulation courseware module on the online homepage. The simulation experiment is conducted on a PC. After entering the experimental system, the device introduction and simulation experiment module can be selected.
(2) ▲ Device Introduction Module: Based on the proportional 3D simulation model of experimental equipment, it can perform autonomous roaming, provide text and image introductions of the device, and support displaying component names on the 3D model. When clicking on a component, the corresponding component introduction parameters will be displayed, including images, videos, etc.
(3) ▲ Support interactive cognitive learning functions for instrument operation, experimental safety, experimental data, experimental phenomena, etc. before the experiment.
(4) ▲ Simulation experiments have complete experimental steps, reminders, and operation simulations for physical experiments, supporting the display of experimental phenomena and data at key steps or stages.
(5) After the experiment is completed, the system automatically conducts assessment and evaluation, and issues scores and experimental reports.
(6) Provide high-definition screenshots of each ▲ function of the above software in the bidding documents, as well as software function recordings in USB format, so that the judges can clearly see the content of each parameter to verify the simulation function of the smart course platform. After winning the bid, the purchaser has the right to request the winning bidder to provide software for parameter demonstration.
