  1、 Testing principle of Thermo Twin/Four crystallization point tester:

The Thermo Twin/Four crystallization point analyzer is based on the principle of phase transition thermodynamics for measurement. As the sample temperature gradually decreases, crystals begin to precipitate at a specific temperature, releasing crystallization heat and causing a slight increase in temperature. When the temperature rises to the highest point and remains briefly stable, it will continue to decrease, and the highest temperature accurately captured by the instrument is the crystallization point of the sample.

1. Widely applicable: This instrument is designed specifically for determining the crystallization point and crystallization curve of foods such as fats and cocoa butter, and is suitable for raw material control and finished product quality analysis in the food industry such as chocolate, fats, and biscuits.

2. Intelligent operation experience: Equipped with a built-in touch screen computer, it can directly run powerful operation software, achieving one-stop detection and analysis. The desktop structure is equipped with two sample testing positions, effectively improving detection efficiency.

3. Advanced temperature control system: adopting an aluminum bath and a cooling system with a built-in fluorine free gas compressor, balancing environmental performance and efficient cooling. The sample completes the entire process in the drying and cooling jacket to ensure data accuracy.

4. Multi functional detection capability: In addition to measuring the standard crystallization point, it can also perform Shukoff and rebound temperature curve analysis, automatically calculate the temperature slope (Q=Δ T/Δ t), and accurately measure the minimum to maximum temperature range.
