When the turntable rotates, the ball milling jars move along with the turntable, and at the same time, the ball milling jars are driven by gears to move planetary motion through the central shaft. The grinding balls in the jars move irregularly at high speed, generating impact, shear, and grinding force to achieve the purpose of grinding and mixing samples. The planetary ball mill can crush and mix products with different particle sizes and materials using both dry and wet methods, with high efficiency and effectiveness. The small particle size of the ground products can reach 0.1 microns (1.0 × 10-4mm) or even nanometer level.
