IACC Graphic Configuration Tool Software Package

IACC provides a complete software configuration environment for designing and modifying control strategies, creating display screens, and managing I/A Series? System configuration of the system.

The I/A Series configuration software (IACC) utilizes its rich, intuitive, and flexible configuration tools to bring productivity and quality assurance to project implementation and lifelong maintenance. The step to developing a Control Strategy Diagram (CSD) is to drag out an I/A Series function block from the adhesive board and place it on the editing panel. By connecting the output parameters of the source functional block with the input parameters of the downstream functional block through a wire, these functional blocks can be combined into a control loop. After using the attribute table of each functional block to allocate each parameter, CSD is completed.

*All system components adopt a fully enclosed structure. Fieldbus module (FBM) is the interface component between I/A system and on-site I/O. The fully enclosed component can be directly installed on site, saving a lot of cable costs and on-site construction costs for power plants;

*Fieldbus components (FBM) are divided into analog and digital types, with analog components having 8 points per block and digital components having 16 points per block;

*All fieldbus components (FBM) are channel isolated, analog components are point isolated, and digital components are pair isolated.

*DEH-C400 valve position control component (with P.I regulation) for steam turbine control

*DEH-D400 valve position drive component (400mA drive output) for steam turbine control
