The carrier connecting the AEH electric test stand to the screw rod, from top to bottom, is as follows:

① Load cell mounting plate

② Intermediate board

③ Connection board

④ Transmission nut

⑤ Firstly, remove the 4-M5 hexagonal socket on the connecting plate, then use the 4-M3-10 countersunk screw (included in the accessory bag) to firmly connect the load cell to the load cell mounting plate, and then firmly connect the connecting plate to the transmission nut. The load cell installation is complete.

5、 Instructions for using the control panel:

1. Power switch: When the button is pressed, the power is turned on, and when pressed again, the power is disconnected.

2. Speed control: Due to the different objects being tested and user requirements, when adjusting the speed controller knob, the movement speed of the carrier is 80-500mm/min.

6、 Function control:

Manual/Automatic: When turning the knob to manual, if the carrier is to move, press and hold the left (LEFT) or right (RIGHT) key, and disconnect to stop the movement. When the knob is turned to automatic, press the LEFT or RIGHT key directly to move the carrier.

7、 Fixture height adjustment:

The left hand wheel of the AEH test stand (below the housing) is the fixture height adjustment hand wheel, and above the hand wheel is the M6 locking screw. First, loosen the M6 hexagon, rotate the hand wheel to the left or right to the desired height, and then tighten the M6 screw.

8、 Schedule adjustment:

Positioning sleeves 1 and 4 on the positioning rod are travel limit sleeves, while positioning sleeves 2 and 3 are travel adjustment sleeves required for user measurement.

9、 Counter usage method:

Above the counter is a digital display screen that records the number of tests, and below is a preset button. There are a total of 4 buttons, from left to right, which are "one", "ten", "hundred", and "thousand" respectively, indicating that the preset can be set within the range of 0 to 9999. For example, if a user conducts continuous testing on a certain product for 9999 times, they need to adjust it on four buttons to display 9999, then press the manual/automatic button to perform 9999 tests. After running 9999 times, it will automatically stop. If you need to test again, press the stop button.

10、 Attention:

The power supply of the equipment must have a ground wire (grounding resistance must be ≤ 4 ohms).

11、 Warranty:

During inspection, the micro switch is covered by warranty within 100000 times. If it exceeds the usage limit, the above accessories will be charged a cost fee.
