Main functions:

1. PLC touch screen display:

Parameter settings: machine control related parameters;

Testing conditions: testing speed, testing frequency, testing schedule, control conditions, pause time during the testing process, etc;

Test monitoring: Equipment operating status, such as actual speed, frequency, travel, displayed date and time during wire testing.

2. Unmanned monitoring: The device can automatically determine the continuity of the sample by monitoring its circuit. When a circuit disconnection is detected, the device can choose to continue running with an audible and visual warning, or stop running until it is manually checked and confirmed before continuing the test.

3. Test fixture: The bending radius can be adjusted according to the diameter of the cable and the size of the drag chain (width 40mm~150mm), and a spacer is used within the same drag chain to confine the cable in a fixed position.

5. Online monitoring: The monitoring points are divided into 6 groups, each with 5 pairs of interfaces, which can meet the simultaneous monitoring of 30 pairs of wires. The terminal blocks are installed in front of the workstations on both sides for easy connection of sample cables. Online monitoring information can be accompanied by external warning signals.
