Merely relying on sensory inspection is not enough to ensure whether the quality of edible oil is still good. Using the testo 270 BT frying oil detector, managers only need to replace the cooking oil when the TPM limit is reached. This can avoid increasing related costs by changing frying oil too frequently, while ensuring consistent high quality.
Testo 270 BT - Frying Oil Testeradvantage
On site measurement of frying oil quality, data recording through testo Smart App
Whether used with or without an app, measurements can be taken. The App Frying Oil Measurement Program can provide you with digital application guidance and ensure accurate and error free digital data recording
Measurement data tracking: Export CSV data or professional reports in PDF format (including signature and comment functions) to meet regulatory and internal quality assurance requirements
Measure directly in hot oil
Calibrate on-site using calibration oil through the testo Smart App
Timely replacement of frying oil, achieving digital management while saving costs:
Thanks to its connectivity with the testo Smart App, the new testo 270 BT frying oil detector can improve the speed and reliability of frying oil quality monitoring. With this new version of the product, you can more easily manage the TPM value of frying oil and display and analyze all relevant data directly on your mobile device. The testo 270 BT can reliably measure the proportion of total polar substances (TPM) in frying oil and display the measurement value in percentage form. Thanks to the new app connectivity feature, you can transfer measurement results to your smartphone or tablet, digitize data recording, and ensure accurate and error free recording. Provide measurement result reminders and suggestions based on the pre-set TPM limit range to optimize the quality of frying oil. Color display screen illumination * can clearly indicate the oil quality condition: green indicates normal TPM content, orange indicates reaching the critical value, and red indicates exceeding the limit value. Personalized TPM limits can be set and important instrument configurations can be protected with PINs to prevent accidental changes.
Testo 270 BT - Frying Oil TesterIt also retains the practical function of long-term verification:
