The national standard compliant design strictly follows the GB/T 15763.2 standard, and is suitable for three-point bending strength testing of tempered glass. The span and roller diameter parameters are accurately matched with the test requirements.

The high hardness wear-resistant roller shaft is made of quenched alloy steel/hard alloy, and will not deform or leave any marks after long-term use.

Accurate centering, high parallelism and good coaxiality of the upper and lower roller shafts, equipped with a guiding positioning structure, uniform loading force, and avoidance of experimental data distortion caused by eccentric stress.

The roller shaft can rotate freely, and both the support roller and the loading roller can rotate flexibly, effectively reducing contact friction, ensuring pure bending force, and improving data repeatability and accuracy.
