SBWZ series high-precisiontemperature transmitterIntegrated transmitter with 24V power supply and two-wire system. The product adopts imported integrated circuits to amplify the signals of thermal resistors or thermocouples and convert them into 4-20mA or 0-10mA output current, or 0-5V output voltage. The armored transmitter can directly measure the temperature of gases or liquids, and is particularly suitable for low-temperature range measurement, overcoming the influence of condensed water on temperature measurement

precautions
The power supply of the SBWZ series temperature transmitter must not have spikes, otherwise it is easy to damage the transmitter. The calibration of the transmitter should be carried out 5 minutes after power on, and attention should be paid to the ambient temperature at that time. When measuring high temperatures (>>100 ℃), the sensor chamber and junction box should be isolated with filling materials to prevent the junction box from overheating and burning out the transmitter When using sensors with severe interference, the housing should be firmly grounded to avoid interference The power and signal output should be transmitted using a shielded cable with a diameter of 10, and the crimping nut should be tightened to ensure airtightness. Only RWB type has 0~10mA output, which is a three wire system. When the range value is below 5%, the nonlinearity is caused by the turn off characteristics of the transistor The transmitter should be calibrated every 6 months DWB cannot perform linear correction due to circuit limitations, it is best to select the range according to the instructions to ensure its linearity.
Please inform the user of the usage environment when selecting the model. If the model name is unclear, a written explanation can be used. If ordering non-standard products such as 0-5V output, please indicate.
